As a group, we currently have active contracts with Dean, Medicare, and Medicaid. We have applied to work with Quartz and BCBS. If this does not include your insurance, please look at our out of network option.
Each Provider makes their own decision on which insurances they do or do not want to work with, so please double check the provider’s list.

Not everyone knows this “secret”, but we do not have to be “in network” for you to see one of our providers. Several insurances will reimburse you if we are “out of network”. You would pay for your sessions out of pocket yourself, which can be done with an HSA/FSA card, or a Credit/Debit card. Then, we will provide you with what is called a “Superbill”, which tells your insurance all the information they need to know to reimburse you (provider’s license #, medical code & description of service, our groups tax ID#, etc.).
Important things to keep in mind about this option: Make sure to call your insurance company about your plan to make sure they will do this. Additionally, you will want to ask what their reimbursement rate is compared to what our insurance billing rate is to decide if this is the best option for you.

Each provider has the option to accept credit or debit cards for payments.
The providers that work with insurance, offer a rate of $240 per session. Any provider that doesn’t work with insurance sets their own session prices, which are typically lower.

For the providers that work with insurance, our session rates have to be based on current insurance reimbursement rates. However, some folx may find those amounts a financial burden. Therefore, it is our value as a company to offer sliding scale rates for those who may need it. Keep in mind, sliding scale spots are limited, so you will need to inquire whether the provider you want to work with has sliding scale spots open, or whether they have a waiting list for those spots.
